Terms and conditions of payment

General

Short-term price, product or program changes are possible at any time. Conditions of the client are only valid, if we acknowledge this specifically in written form. Every consignment will be effected with extended relation of title from the warehouse in Hellwege/ Germany. Costs arising by refusal of the consignment will be charged to the customer.

Relation of title

Until the complete payment of our total requirements the goods are our property. Of a seizure or any other infringement of our rights by third parties the customer has to inform us immediately.

Prices

The prices are net prices in Euro plus taxes without engagement. Short-term price changes are possible at any time.

Terms of delivery

We try to deliver the articles as soon as possible. Partial deliveries are allowed. In case of unforeseeable reasons outside of our responsibility we may resign completely or partially from the delivery. Requirements for compensation because of delayed or failed delivery are in every case impossible.

Shipment Germany

The carriage of the goods will be effected by DPD or DHL. When shipping by DPD we charge 5.50 Euro for postage, packaging and handling; the shipment is not insured. The shipping by DHL has no insurance and will be sent by registered mail; we will charge 3.80 Euro for postage, packaging and handling. We reserve the right to choose a different dispatch.

Shipment foreign counties

Shipment of the goods will be done by DHL; we charge 5.50 Euro for postage, packaging and handling. The shipment is not insured. We reserve the right to choose a different dispatch.

Terms of Payment for traders

We require advance payment, bank draft or PayPal, before delivery. In case of bank draft or advance payment within seven days you will receive 2% cash discount. For consignments to foreign countries we deliver only under conditions of advance payment or PayPal.

Terms of payment for retail customers

We deliver only under conditions of advance payment or PayPal.

Deviations

As we deal in unique jewellery and every precious stone is an unique piece, small deviations of colour, size and shape of our jewellery are no reasons for complaint.

Return policy

The 14-day return policy is available if you send the jewellery undamaged and together with the original labels. If not we charge you a service charge of 3.00 Euro.

Reject conditions for traders

We do everything we can to deliver the requested items in best quality. Nevertheless if you have a complaint, please send the goods back after consultation with us. For damaged goods which result from improper or careless use we do not accept liability. Non-free consignments are not accepted by us as it causes inadequate, additional costs.

The issue of a credit note for unaccepted goods or goods without considerable faults returned we charge you an amount of 20% of the invoice value.
